The factory fabricated ducts shall be as per approved make list only.Thermal InsulationGI ducts complete with Closed Cell foam with minimum density of 60 Kg/m3 with minimum R-Value 4.1/inch & thermal conductivity -0.035 w/mock confirming to Class ‘O’ & the inner side stuck to the outer fascia of the GI ducts with recommended / Proprietory Synthetic adhesive bonding (SR998 or equivalent) & installed as per manufacturers recommendation and finished with vapour barrier with Lagging and covered with glass cloth with mechanical protection for ducting without puncturing the vapour barrier complete as per specifications. Lag coating AF5590 shall be used as the vapour barrier and as the protective covering of glass cloth and shall be UV protected.
