Wire Rope Hoist
We are offering hoists and other lifting equipment. The new range of gh hoists has been designed with the following principles; reliability, security, durability, price easy maintenance. The design is rectangular, modern, and compact with perfect dimensional balance. Robust and compact gear box, situated on the exterior, allow ease of access. The hoist has a cylindrical short circuit motor with an incorporated electromagnetic brake. The brakes are electromagnetic disc, with asbestos free flat faced linings. They offer great reliability and automatic braking in the event of power failure. Protection is ip-54 to din 40050. Insulation class h. geared motors are specially designed for crane application. Low torque high inertia drives, provide gradual acceleration & smooth deceleration without excessive swing. All of our hoists are fitted with an electromechanical load cell as standard (electronic control). all of our hoists are fitted with a security limit

Open winch lifting
An open winch type lifting has the following advantages: Increased lifting capacity and / or higher lifting speeds and / or higher FEM working groups. Use of commercial motors to fit customer"s standard. Possibility to use only 1 motor instead of 2 motors, thus halving the probability of having a break-down. Possibility of engines of 1,500 and 1,000 rpm. Increased motor size. connections between motor and gearbox, and between gearbox and drum, are done with elastic couplings. True vertical lift as standard, thus avoiding lateral displacement of the hook during the lifting movement. Greater accessibility for maintenance of the different components. The brake is fully exterior, improving accessibility and regulation. The gearbox has a top opening lid, providing easy access for maintenance and inspection. Slack wire rope detector.
