Construction & Functioning This stem generator is a three pass horizantal smoke tube economic shell type boiler. This boiler is Designed ans fabricated in accordence with India boiler regulations (IBR) 1950, and stage inspected to hydraulically shop tested and certified by director steam boilers of Maharashtra. The Boiler is of wet back construction having very good heat absorption in the Radiant heating zone. The furnace is provided with a large radient heating surface thus maintaining safe furnace wall temperatures much below its safer limits. The furnace volumes are liberally selected. This boiler is provided with a fully automatic low, On-off modulations or contineous step less modulation.
