We manufacture, supply the furnace and ancillary equipments. We install & Commission them at Customers’ site. The Chemicals used in our Processes Furnaces are corrosive in nature and to ensure longevity of the Furnace equipments, these equipments are manufactured with special furnace components and materials to withstand the corrosive nature of Chemicals.State of the art is followed in Furnace designs: Ceramic fibre insulation is used whose thermal content is the least because of which the furnace temperature attains the process temperature very quickly . This ensures more furnace available time. PID temperature Controller and Thyristor Power Control are provided as optional features. Two temperature sensors are provided as standard - one to control the Process and the second one as over temperature safety.

are manufacturing surface Engineered Steel Bushings with Surface Treatment and Surface coating to increase the longevity of these Bushings to 3 to 4 times as compared to Conventional Bushes.Inner Diameter of the Bush is given coating with Solid Film Lubricant, called TRIBOMOL, a moly based Chemical. This Coating reduces the frictional Coefficient drastically increasing the Corrosion Resistance. Also this coating helps in giving proper running in characteristics for mating surfaces immediately after fitment.In addition to PEL bushes, HEF-Durferrit India as well as EMEPL manufacture conventional Bushes also in steel like Case Hardened Bushes, Through Hardened Bushes , Rolled Bushes etc.

The Pit Type Salt Bath furnace ensures Uniform Temperature to the entire volume of the molten salt which helps in getting consistent quality of the process irrespective of the position of the component in the molten salt bath. The use of Cascade Washing System reduces the water consumption drastically. As mentioned above, in addition to Salt Bath Furnaces, we can manufacture, supply, install & commission the entire Process line with additional equipments such as Pre Heating Furnace, Degreasing Tank, Cascade Wasing / Cleaning system etc. We can provide Data Logging System also for our Furnace line from which the Customer can get and store Process History.

HEF Durferrit India and EMEPL are manufacturing surface Engineered Steel Bushings with Surface Treatment and Surface coating to increase the longevity of these Bushings to 3 to 4 times as compared to Conventional Bushes. These Specialty Bushes are marketed with their brand name as ‘PEL’ bushes (‘ PEL’ is the abbreviation of the word Pression Eleve, in French meaning High Pressure) Frictional Wear Corrosion Scuffing Seizure Galling In addition, due to low temperature of the Sursulf Process with Subsequent Quenching, Fatigue Strength of the Bush increases because of which these Bushes are capable of taking loads upto 1000 bar. Also the uniquely designed internal Grooves ensure the following: Least Frictional Coefficient Uniform Spread of Lubrication to the entire mating surface Longer Lubrication Retentivity – ensures increased lubrication interval Expelling the trapped dirt from the mating area.
