Hyundai Construction Equipment India Pvt. Ltd (HCEIPL) was established in 2007 with an aim to bring the latest technology in construction equipment and mining solutions to the Indian market. The company inaugurated the India plant in Chakan Maharashtra in 2008 to ensure the best offerings for the Indian market. Hyundai’s first excavator was rolled out in India the same year.
