Color - white solar reflective index - 106 surface texture - antiskid application: roof top, poolside function - it reflects uv & ir from sun & keeps the roof cool by @17 deg c compared to normal concrete roof. (this difference is during peak heat time. Outside temp. 40 deg c+ & in the afternoon 2pm) once the roof remain cool, heat in-grace inside the building is negligible. so occupants feel comfortable without air conditioner also.
