Calcium, cystine, struvite, and uric acid are the varieties of the kidney stones. The common symptoms of kindey stone are : Severe pain in lower back area, lower abdomen, groin etc. The pain may be associated with nausea & vomiting. The prsence of blood in the urine. Burning sensation while urinating. Difficulty in urinating, sudden urge to urinate etc. Further, kidney stones are recurrent problem that keeps forming, once you have had them. About Banston Tablets : Banston tablet is an effective combination of natural ingredients, reocmmended in Ayurveda to get relief from urinary tract disorders. The main usage of ingredients of banston tablets are as follows. Pashanbheda, Manjistha, Gokhanru, Shudha Shilagjit : Helps to dissolve & disintegrate kidney stone, gradually layer by layer, by acting on mucin, a sticky substance which holds kidney stone. Promotes spontaneous flushing out of small stones and particles of disintegrated stone by increasing flow of urine. Restores normal functioning of urinary tract. Checks reoccurrence of forming of kidney stone. Daruhaldi, Punarnava, Gulvel : Antibacterial properties of these herbs helps to prevent Urinary Tract infections that are common during the problem of kidney stones. Soothes & helps to restore damage caused to lining of urinary tract occurred by the movement of the stone. Shudha Yavakshar, Bhuiamalki : Have alkalizing & coolant properties, that reduce burning sensation while urinating. Dose : 2 Tablets 3 times a day with a glass of water, for first 3 months. Afterwards, 1 tablet 3 times a day with a glass of water, for 3 months OR As directed by the physican. Side effects : Banston tablets have no known side effects if taken as per prescribed dosage. Do's & Don't' S : Drink Plenty of water or fluids like coconut water, lemon juice, butter milk etc. Avoid beans, cucumber, tomato, spinach, capsicum, brinjais, lady finger etc. Avoid coffee, chocolates, mushrooms, rajma, peas, maida etc. Try to include carrots, radishm pumpkin, garlic, mung, papaya etc. In to your daily diet.
