This type of weighbridge is most suitable for places with limited space e.g. Non-hilly areas where the construction of pit is not a costly affair. Since the platform is in level with the ground, vehicles can approach the weighbridge from any direction. Most public weighbridges prefer this design. Benefits lesser space required (as it has no ramps) tractor trolleys can also be weighed as platform is in flush with ground level. No ramp require for turck movement because it is installed in land surface level

Systems are optimised for the thermal treatment of 2D materials and wafers under controlled atmospheres. Substrates are supported face-up on stage-top platens that are situated centrally inside a stainless-steel high-vacuum chamber fitted with appropriate heat shielding and a shuttered viewport. Heating is via a heat source located beneath the platen. Maximum temperatures up to 1000 °C are possible�depending on the heating technology used: ANNEAL systems can be fitted with up to 3 mass flow controllers (MFCs). Typical gases are Ar, O2 and N2, and full scale flow rates are flexible. All systems have wide-range gauges, but for improved accuracy, capacitance manometers are also available. In case chamber pressure is critical, automatic pressure control is available with control resolutions to 0.1 mbar. ANNEAL systems are highly modular and can be configured for a wide range of applications

Construction: The unit has an outer body made up of MS with epoxy powder coat finish & a door with a heat resistant handle. The unit has a double walled type construction with the muffles body at centre of the furnace & the control box at top with 1"solid spacer in between. A coil type Heater of Kanthal/Nichrothal wire wound on the muffle with cerewool blanket serves as the heating element. A brick insulation+ ceramicwool +high density mineral wool insulation of 4" is also given to have skin temp.of furnace less than 50°C. The door is provided with heavy-duty hinges and latch-catch lock system to open/close the furnace. Control panel: It is located at the top of furnace and includes a Auto tuned PID Microprocessor based temperature controller cum indicator with Cr/Al Thermocouples controls heating process.Power:230V or 440V, 50 Hz as per requirements. Control will be SSR output type. Safety Fuse with MCB for power is also provided.   Time proportionate bands, data logger & cyclic timer, real clock battery backup, RAM memory, printer & PC interface controller with Cr-Al thermocouple sensor can be provided with the unit at Extra cost.
