Three side seal pouches are the most convenient packaging solution. They provide better sealing strength as well as excellent for vacuum packaging. These pouches are made from one piece of film and sealed on the two sides and top or bottom is left open for filling the content. Once the pouch is filled, a heat sealer is used to seal it. Sealed on three sides, these products protect the contents from contamination.

Shrink sleeves consist of a printed film that is molded using heat to take the shape of your packaging structure. Unlike paper labels, shrink sleeves stay on the product, even in humid conditions. Once shrink sleeve/label fits securely on the product container, it takes the shape of that container. In FFS (Form Fill Seal) packaging the type of pouch produced is mostly center seal. Initially when quantities are less it is preferred to pack products manually and with due course of time it can be done on FFS machines. In this case the printing rollers designed in such a way that same can be used for manual as well as for FFS packaging. We produce center seal pouches for packaging of products which range from fine powder to liquids.
