SPRAY PRETREATMENT PLANTS Spray Pretreatment Plants In the Spray Pretreatment process, there is a sequential arrangement of spray zones in a tunnel according to the designed chemical process. The Tunnel is mounted on tanks of the chemicals from where the chemicals are pumped up to the spray zones and sprayed onto the articles through nozzles. Each process zone is followed by a drain zone to avoid carryover of the sprayed chemical in the next process zone. The sprayed chemical is recollected into the tanks through the funnels provided in each zone of the tunnel.

DIP PRE-TREATMENT PLANTS Dip Pretreatment Plant In the Dip Pretreatment process, there is a sequential arrangement of the process tanks in accordance with the designed chemical process. The articles are hung onto a load bar or are put into a cage basket and are moved from one tank to another using overhead hoist arrangement with manual controls or with the help of Transporters with manual or automatic controls. The article is expected to remain inside the respective tank for the specified time as per the designed chemical process. Another alternative material handling mechanism is the use of overhead chain conveyors, which are dipped in the tanks. This alternative is mainly used for large sized, low volume articles.

We offer cartridge type powder recovery system. Cartridge type – this kind of recovery systems guarantees almost 100% recovery as the total over-sprayed powder gets collected on the filter cloth paper through which it is forced. This high efficiency is possible when the filters are new or thoroughly cleaned. Chocked filters drive the efficiency down to even 80% and theoretically even up to 0%. this system though is useful for single colour or single family of colours and different sets of the cartridges are recommended for different colours. Also repeated chocking and cleaning cycles deteriorate the filter cartridges and these need to be replaced in a few years

We offer cyclone type powder recovery system. Cyclone type – this kind of recovery system conventionally uses a single cyclone and makes use of the cyclonic action to separate the powder from the air and collect the powder in the collecting bin below. Cyclone cleaning is easy and therefore this system can be used for multiple colours. Traditionally the collection efficiency is in the range of 80-85%.
