Uni Vac system is designed for fully automatic or manual unattended operation. Its primary function is to extract water and light hydrocarbon from oil. The system is operated under a vacuum condition to raise the oil temperature to a desired level. This is done by forcing the oil to atmospheric pressure created in a heating chamber. The oil is then drawn into a vacuum chamber where a thin layer of it is gradually exposed to the vacuum at a very low flow rate. Here it is boiled by heating or through vacuum process with emulsified water, dissolved gasses, air and other low range volatile elements.
