magtech roller bearing ‘v’ blocks’ made from ‘alloy-steel’. It consists precision ball bearings which are installed on ‘v’ portion. Bearing are replaceable. It is used for inspection of concentricity of round jobs. Mainly used in machine shop, assembly shop and tool room. the roller bearing ‘v’ blocks are accurately assembled and precision ground on the bottom faces. Four high precision ball bearings are on the top. Thus providing self aligning, wearing hard accurate support which will not damage even the most delicate work piece. MagTech Magnetic ‘V’ block’ is basically a clamping device. Hence, it is used in Standard Room Tool Room and Shop Floor also for Drilling, Grinding Light Milling operations. The 'V’ Block has a total three magnetic surfaces. Top, bottom with 90 degree angle and end surface opposite from switch. Magnetic surfaces are activated by mechanical ON-OFF switch. All three magnetic surfaces and the two sides are carefully ground. The main ‘V’ angle and bottom surface are provided with hardened steel plates, that ensures extra wear resistance. The accuracy of flatness and parallelism and squareness is within 5 microns for 4” & 6”; as well as 10 microns for 8” ‘V’ blocks.
