TH Free Curve is a general purpose overhead conveyor to fit requirements of a diverse range of applications. The load carrying capacity is up to 120 Kg. The conveyor is fitted with special design TSUBAKI Chain suitable for carrying the material over horizontal and vertical curves. The entire construction is of modular design with standardized components. Long distance transport or storage of goods is possible by TH conveyor which can be mounted from roof structure keeping the floor space free. Maintenance requirements are minimum. Special application series are available for high temperature or dusty environment.

This is a high speed chain less overhead conveying system for long distance transportation or line feeding. It uses a Load bar driven by the Friction drive to which Components / Assemblies are connected which travel across the assembly stations. The conveyor can be adapted for transport, material stacking or diverting. FEATURES  Material of construction is mild steel or stainless steel.  Hanger bearing – with stellite coating, is provided – for handling abrasive materials. Mahindra-Tsubaki developed flexible & compact Mahindra Bulk Feeder (MBF) to satisfy the demand of customers to receive general bulk material directly from tipping trucks eliminating fixed civil works, deep pits and underground hoppers. MBF is a combination of wide slats & belt which provides the strength of apron feeder & flexibility of belt conveyor. Wide Slat –belt design permits low loading heights which allows truck to discharge directly to the entry section of MBF with a small access ramp.

FC FLOW CONVEYOR MAHINDRA – TSUBAKI “FC” SERIES FEATURES  Ideal for handling free-flowing, granular, pulverized bulk materials.  Compact design with single strand high speed roller chain.  Consists of models FC 150 to FC 750 (indicative inside width)  Supplied conveyors with Capacity range up to 500 m3/hr. & Conveyor Length up to 70 m.  The casings are totally enclosed, dust-tight and of rain-proof construction.  Offers flexibility of layout viz. multiple inlets and outlets. Conveyor profile horizontal or moderately inclined up to 10 degree.  Provided with TSUBAKI, JAPAN make bushed roller chains – with specially designed attachments that ensure smooth flow of material. DEEP PAN CONVEYORS  Suitable for handling hot material like clinker in Horizontal and Inclined profile upto 45 degree.  Pans are pressed in high capacity presses using special dies which imparts high strength and ensures very less spillage of handled material.  Special alloy steel chain links are provided which have high abrasion resistance.  These chain links are with Non Back Bend type construction, which ensures no spillage of the material during loading and horizontal conveying.  Independent rollers are fixed at regular intervals to the pans.  Alloy steel rollers are with ball bearings which offer very less friction and are provided with special seals.  Sprockets are with segmental design and are provided with half pitch teeth which enhance sprocket life.  Special Screw type Take Up with Springs is provided for automatic tensioning during operation.  Provided with safety switches such as zero speed switch, electronic shock relay.

FEATURES  Used for extracting material from storage hopper and delivering it at controlled rate to the down-stream conveyor system.  Uses TSUBAKI make pin, bush & roller type chain with special attachments. Smaller pitch and precision construction of the chain ensures minimum noise and vibration.  Pressed pans are bolted to the chain attachments.  Thickness of the Apron feeder pans is selected based on the duty conditions and the type of material handled (thickness up to 12 mm). Optimal overlapping of the Pans is provided so that there is no leakage of material from the feeder.  A dribble conveyor is provided below the main conveyor – transporting the fines into the main discharge chute.  Rod gate is provided above the apron feeder for controlling the material feed rate.  The feeder has sturdy and rugged construction and is designed to withstand impact load resulting from large sized lumps falling into the Pans – from the storage silo, above.  Provided with safety switches such as zero speed switch, electronic shock relay.
