Doing so will reduce the friction and grip Use h 7 reamer in hole of the mold plate with 0.1 mm range Mould weight < 100 kgs, use 4 nos. of 12 parting lock Mould weight < 500 kgs, use 4 nos. of 16 parting lock Mould weight < 1000 kgs, use 4 nos. of 20 parting lock If more load to be pulled then above limit then use more nos. Of parting locks o be used. I.e. 6 or 8 nos
