Batching, Mixing in our AAC Machines are controlled by specially developed PLC programs, which help accurately dose the components in liquid or solid form in our AAC equipment.
AAC Cutting Machine is also controlled by PLC processor. A cutting accuracy of +/- 1 mm can be achieved on this AAC Cutting Machine. Size of cut can be changed by PLC operation in less than 30 seconds!!
We can also supply you the system and steam accessories that will help you run the autoclaves. We have designed a system which helps you seamlessly operate the autoclaves with help of PLC and also generate reports as per batch requirements in your AAC Plant.
