The Diesel Generator Canopy which we offer meets CPCB II norms of Govt. of India. All units are made from CRC sheet metal (1.6mm - 2mm thickness) and cutting, bending and shearing is done through specialized fully automatic CNC machines. These Diesel Generator Canopies are chiefly designed keeping in view the air ventilationcirculation and extreme weather conditions. Sound proofing is done using premium materials to attain a sound reduction level of 60-75 db at a distance of 1 meter. The complete structure is powder coated and given anti corrosion treatment to ensure long life under adverse weather conditions.

United manufactures silent diesel generator Sets from 7.5 KVA to 500 KVA which are coupled to Crompton Greaves Stamford make brushless alternators. These gensets come with option of AMF panel and standard control panel with engine protection unit for LLOP & HCT, power cabling from alternator to Control Panel, fuel piping from tank to engine, residential silencer, exhaust piping, battery and battery cables.

MAS produces Large Bore Engine Pistons that are used in Locomotives, Marine Applications and Heavy Duty Engines. MAS develops and manufactures pistons with diameters ranging from 120 mm to 200 mm featuring Single Alfin (NI resist) and Dual Alfin Gravity Die Cast Pistons. MAS manufacture these Pistons on special purpose CNC Machines to produce complex OD Profiles and Pin bores with Oval Boretrumpet borerelief's. Some pistons go through hard Anodizing of the Crown for Thermal Crack Protection as per customer’s requirement.
