The Filtek Centrifugal Oil Cleaner model FT200/400/600 are widely used on marine generators on ships and on main engines of tugboats, supply ships, fishing trawlers etc as a very effective Bypass lube oil filtration unit. The centrifuge is driven by the lube oil pressure of the engine to clean the oil down to 1 micron level. This cleanable unit requires no consumables and is very effective in increasing the oil drain intervals as well as the time between engine overhauls.   The Filtek Centrifugal Oil Cleaner is used as an added bypass filter in conjunction with the existing lube oil filter element. Smaller sized particles ranging between 1 micron and 5 microns are removed by the centrifuge which help increase the engine life a BENEFITS Longer oil life Longer engine life Zero consumable costs Increased Productivity nd oil life. The Centrifuge being a cleanable unit has no consumable parts. Since the safety cut off valve is provided to operate pressure more than 1.8 BAR there is no fear of oil starvation of the engine.
