This wiring harness is made up of UL grade tinned copper wires, Fire retardant Engineering plastic material, Metal terminals of unique metal alloy, Crimping of wires with terminals & Bending of terminals is being done simultaneously by automated applicator & high precise wiring processing machine, Other end of wires are crimped by Insulation Displacement connection method made up by German technology, makes the contact at gas tight level, Bundling of wires done by RoHS & REACH Compliance tape.

It’s made up of thermally stabilized glass filled Nylon material & over molded with thermoplastic elastomer material. This equipped with Carbon brushes for motor current collection purpose, This Brush Housing is used for Power Window Motors.For Wiper Motor applications different type of brush card assemblies are used. This Brush Card assemblies are equipped with carbon brushes, switch cover assly., capacitors etc.

Precision Insert Moulding for connectors – It’s made up of fire retardant grade engineering plastic alloy (PBT+ PET Glass field material) & gold plated special copper brass material pins are used in this moulding.

The PB Series has been designed to offer the Automotive Industry over current and temperature protection for a wide range of 12 Volt applications in a minimum package size. The PB is the smallest high performance cut-out on the market. Its unique design given an excellent on to off switching ratio, resulting in reduced motor winding temperatures. The PB Series is suitable for both intermittent and continuously rated motors and is available in a full range of current and temperature sensitive combinations in colour coded covers. The PB is available with a wide variety of terminal arrangements to provide flexibility of installation within the motor and is also designed for automatic bowl feeding in production assembly lines.
