PAYROLL INDUCTION Ø  Will give payroll induction to new joinees to understand their salary structure in better way. Ø  How their tax will be deducted and documents required for all benefits. TIME OFFICE: Ø  Taking attendance in both the formats( bio-metric and muster)   Monthly Statutory compliances: Ø  All online formalities with payment will be conducted by us. Ø  Online process of PF / ESI / PT / TDS REPORTS: Ø  Standard Monthly Reports (Other Reports will be submitted on request) Ø  Salary sheet Ø  Attendance details Ø  bank statement Ø  Overtime reports Ø  Variance reports Ø  Hold salary reports Ø  Pay slips Ø  Salary abstract Ø  Customized reports Ø  Pf reports Ø  PT Ø  If any       Documentation: Ø  Medical, telephone, internet and other required bill s will be taken care by us on monthly basis. Ø  Responsibility of Previous form-16 will be taken care by us. F & F: Ø  Entire calculations of leaves, loans and advances, PF and notice period will be done within 3 working days. Ø  Withdrawal or continuation of PF will be take care by us. Yearly Responsibilities: Ø  PF / ESI / PT / LWF / TDS. Ø  All the reports will be submitted to concern department. INVESTMENT & TAX-(HELP DESK) Ø  Investment and Tax consultant will be visiting to company once in a quarter for Query or Guidance related fresh investment or Tax related queries.  PF / ESI – (HELP DESK) Ø  PF / ESI Consultant will visit once in a quarter in a company for new employees and existing employee queries.   Notes: 1)            To Start with Payroll processing it will take 7 to 15 working days. 2)            There is no additional maintenance charges applied, if any it will be with mutual consent. 3)            In any further increase of rates it will be strictly negotiated by mutual agreeable terms. 4)            During System breakdown there won’t be any additional charges applied from both the parties. 5)            Attendance details should be submitted before the starting of the month.   Payment Terms and conditions: 1)    Payment should be made by cheque drawn in the name of Pace HR Innovations Pvt.
