General Description WEIGHING AND BAGGING in valve bags with different techniques, depending on the characteristics of the product and installation requirements: PFG-10 air packer by fluidification, for very fine products. PBV-06 gross weight valve packer with gravity feeding system, for granulated products EFI BAGGING TYPE net weight+ air injection, for small grain products. TAG net weight, acceleration by gravity. BAGGING AUTONOMY with automated placement of the bag in the feeding spout by means of a CSV bagging applicator and storage of empty bags. SEALS THE VALVE OF THE STV BAG by ultrasound to guarantee the bag is completely sealed, therefore preventing loss or contamination of the product.

PAYPER Mobile Bagging Provides flexibility in operation movement on site. This can bag 100 Tons Per hour depending upon the model and product characteristics. We can provide turnkey solution from collection of product from stockpiling by pneumatic or mechanical conveying up to truck loading. Mobile Bagging System is tailor made, hence it can be with ISO containers OR with Fabricated Trolley system. Easy electrical Connection at site, Tubing for Compressed air supply or independent dedicated air compressor with internal tubing and fitting. Octabin and big-bag filling system with 4 handles for bags Octabins of 500 to 2000 kg and boxes of 15 to 50 kg. It incorporates different dosing and weighing systems according to the characteristics of the product. The bag extraction system can be manual by means of a lift truck/fork lift or automated with conveyor motorized roller conveyors.

FFS Form-Fill-Seal automatic bagging stations. The same machine , fills and seals the bags from a heat-sealable plastic material tubular coil (PE, PP or compounds). The FFS ASSAC bagging station forms the bag, fills it and seals it by means of a tubular plastic roll, all within the same machine (FFS: form, fill, seal). Bags: Heat sealable material tubular roll.
