Valve Type PAV - In normal condition, 'A' port is closed and 'AB' port is connected to 'B' or 'B' port is connected to 'AB' port. On receiving pilot pressure, 'A" port is connected to 'AB' or 'AB' port is connected to 'A' closing port B. Piston Actuated Valve Type 6619E - Normally 'B' port is closed and 'A' port is connected to 'AB' or 'AB' port is connected to 'A'. UKL Piston Valve is basically Seat less and Glandless valve and by virtue of its design can replace both, the conventional type of Gate and Globe valves, with distinct advantages over them. The Klinger Piston valve works on the principle of Resilient rings in conjunction with a Metallic Stainless Steel Piston, that moves vertically between the rings, giving a Seal that is both effective as well as Durable. This sealing system gives a bubble tight shut off, equivalent if not superior to Class VI leak standards.The Sealing rings are the heart of the valves, are available in Non Asbestos, Tanged Graphite, and Graphited Asbestos varieties, to effectively handle more than 250 Industrial Media.

Piston Digital Control Valve is an electrically actuated, hydraulically operated multi-function control valve. It can be used for local as well as remote controlled batching operations with electronic batch controller. Piston is always exposed to high upstream pressure from its bottom side, whereas pressure in the piston chamber can be varied with the help of solenoid valves. When pressure in the piston chamber is equal to the high upstream pressure, the top spring acts as a differential force, pushing the piston down on the valve seat and the valve is held tightly-closed. When pressure in the piston chamber is relieved with the help of solenoid valves, a differential pressure is created across the piston. The high upstream pressure below the piston overcomes the top pressure plus the spring force and pushes the piston up, resulting in valve opening and the flow starts.

The inclined bonnet design results in uniform contours and improve flow characteristics. In PC piston valve, seat and gland are replaced by lower and upper sealing rings. The unique design ensures a long life even at high temperature upto 427 ℃.
