Remove both hands3. Press two hand push buttons4. Clamping cylinder clamp the job5. Sealing cylinder seals the job6. Continuity checking cylinder comes down7. Air valve open to filling the air8. Check for the ok or not ok part9. Sealing and continuity cylinder will go to home10. If part ok then punching cylinder punch on the job and declamp11. If part not ok then buzzer will on and clamping cylinder not go home12. After pressing reset button job will decamp

Place the bottom side plate at specified location3. If home condition not satisfied before cycle start the machine will indicate the fault (buzzer will turn on) simultaneously HMI will display the fault occurred4. Before cycle start insure that operators hand will be removed5. On cycle start gripper grips the fin6. If fin correct then slide cylinder will placed at the assembly position7.
