Spray Cooler
spray cooler The material is to be sprayed is kept in molten condition in the steam jacketedhot water jacketed vessels. From the jacketed vessels it is transferred to the feed vessels by the jacketed feed pumps with the help of positive displacement pump. (It is also steam jacketed) The molten mass is pumped & sprayed in chamber & droplets are converted to fine particles. At the same time the cold air is passed on this molten mass through the uniform air distribution system in the spray chamber. The heat of the fine particles is liberated & particles are cooled. The spray cooled particles further passes to the spray cooler conveying duct, cyclone, Secondary Cooler etc.

...moreSpin Flash Dryer
Spin Flash Dryer is used for effective and efficient method of removal of surface or on bound moisture from a feed product. Spin Flash Dryers are designed for continuous drying of cohesive and non-cohesive pastes, filter cakes and high viscosity liquids. Under the action of hot air and mechanical dispersion, the wet cake appears granular and gets fluidized. Instantaneous exchange of heat and mass takes place. The dried product is conveyed through the conveying duct in which additional drying takes place. The spin flash dryer system consists of double shaft screw followed by mono screw to feed homogenized material into dryer housing at controlled rate. Hot air is supplied by a temperature controlled air heater and speed controlled fan, entering the drying chamber at a tangent in order to establish a turbulent, whirling air flow. The rotor at the base of the drying chamber fluidizes the product particles and dispersed using the heat from the air stream; the material dries as it is conveyed. Drying takes place in a matter of seconds. The particle classification orifice on the top of drying chamber allows finer product to pass with exhaust gas to powder collection system while the larger particles remain in the air flow for further drying and powdering. Elevated drying temperatures can be used with many products since the flashing off of surface moisture instantly cools the drying gas without appreciably increasing the product temperature.
...moresand reclamation plant
sand reclamation plant we, all are very much cautious about the environment globally, each country is trying to have good atmosphere, Due to industrial growth in various sector including Foundry and auto sector in which ample quantity molding sand is used.
...morePaddle Dryer
The paddle dryer is the drying equipment mostly used for the pasty and sticky product; it is a type of Dryer used in Chemical, Textile, and petrochemical, minerals, food as well as pharmaceutical l Industries. The Product is fed into the front of the machine. The Trough is oriented at a small angle of inclination, Placed slightly in unloading position.
...moreIndustrial Spray Dryer
industrial spray dryer There are many industries dealing in spray dryers manufacturers but the most common problem with spray dryers manufacturers are that their end product that is powder still has some water droplets in the end product, so you have to choose the right spray dryers manufacturers.
...moreContinuous Stirred Tank Reactor
continuous stirred tank reactor The impeller stirs the reagents vigorously to ensure good mixing so that there is a uniform composition throughout. The composition at the outlet is the same as in the bulk in the reactor. These are exactly the opposite conditions to those in a tubular flow reactor where there is virtually no mixing of the reactants and the products.
