'Akshat - Tamper evident' is a special purpose 'Label Applicator' designed for 'Serialization' and 'Tamper Evident Label Application'. Mark n Verify station: To print the serialization code and verify as per desired Standards. Label application station: The Tamper Evident label is applied on both openings of the Carton. The sealing module/labelling system is compliant with EU directive 2011/62/EU & EN 16679, seals the tabs of cardboard boxes with a transparent tamper-evident seal and ensures that any attempt to open the packaging leaves behind visible hints, providing evidence of tampering. Verification of Label presence: A tiny sensor confirms the presence of 'TE Label' on both openings. Thus, it is assured that 'Every Pack' is secured with a Tamper Evident Seal. Ejection: Separate Eject stations to Eject defective cartons from 'Mark n Verify' and 'Label Apply' GUI and Controller: The Integrated controller can be easily linked with the main Serialization Software Server to receive and send the data & Machine features. Propix is capable of taking ownership of the entire project. Thus, 'Akshat' is a simple Machine that serves multiple requirements and occupies a very small floor space for the same. Pinhole Detector Machine
We are offering pinhole detector machine. Tablets packed in alu-alu or blister packs are made of aluminium foil. A minute puncturepinhole in the aluminium foil causes leakage in the pack which results in oxidation of medicine. Sooxma detects these holes online!!! a compact device is installed on the blister pack machine. Any pinhole is the foil that could cause air leakage is detected and an error signal is delivered to the machine.the defective blister is rejected by the machine. At this stage, a parent-child relationship is established between containers and the next level pack. To carry out this process with containers/bottles is quite challenging. It is necessary to scan the entire surface of the label on the container since the code could move anywhere depending on the orientation of the container. Most systems that are capable of carrying out this process do so with a multiple camera setup. The cameras are placed around the conveyor and the container is scanned from all around. To make this process more practical and hassle free, Propix has devised a new, single camera 360 degree inspection machine with a patented (pending) optics arrangement. The 360 degree bottle inspection and 360 degree Container inspection system is well synchronized with the label applicator to facilitate uninterrupted production. Its also linked to the Mark & Verify system's database, where the code is printed on the label.
