We a well-established manufacturer based in India supplying Steel Forgings, Castings, Fabricated assemblies & Machined components since 1995. Our products are typically used in Pressure Piping Systems, Oil & Gas installations, Chemical plants, Lifting systems, etc. Our in-house Design team works closely with customers to prepare Drawings & Design reports (FEA). Raw materials are procured from reputed mills. Our subcontractor network includes approved Forge shops, Heat treatment, Machining & Coating facilities. Our Inspection engineers monitor production closely at all stages. Metallurgical Tests are performed at approved laboratories for parameters such as Chemical composition, Mechanical properties, Microstructure, Load Tests, Pressure Tests, Environmental corrosion tests, etc. Third party inspection agencies witness inspections & tests for most of our products. Our capabilities: - Open Forgings : upto 5000 kg single piece - Closed Die Forgings: upto 200 kg single piece - Castings Materials: Carbon, Alloy, Stainless Steels, Duplex Super Duplex, Weld Overlay Clad Specifications: ASTM, ASME, NACE, API, BS, DIN, ISO, etc. Supply Condition: Shot-blasted, Pre-machined, Finish machined. Preservation: Painting, Epoxy coating, Glass flake enamel, Galvanising, etc. Typical Products: Forged Shafts, Rings, Collars, Flanges, Balls, Blocks, etc. All supplies are accompanied by co-relating Material Test Certificates and if required, Third Party Inspection Certificates from DNV, Lloyds, ABS, RINA, TUV, BV, etc. We excel with orders calling for small quantities, complex metallurgy, challenging geometry and urgent deliveries.
