The Electro-mechanical combination of the COAT GUARD technique makes the system immune to the material build-up on the probe and material bridging between the probe and the hopper wall. The unique feature of the system is that the measured signal does not flow to the hopper wall through the probe in the backward direction but flows only through the material. (actual material level) to the hopper wall.

We are offering rf admittance level switch. protocontrol make rf admittance type level switch with rope probe is used for sensing the level of solid item like cement, lime, iron ore, food stuff, milk powder, flour, salt, plastic granules, powder & granules, salt in a hopper. It also monitors level of pile on stacker declaimer. The length of rope can be made as per requirement of the field. The rope is designed with heavy duty gi wire having diameter of approx. 16 mm supported with counterweights. When the material touches the rope output signal is activated. the sensing probe is designed using special shield having coat guard circuit and hence nullifies effect of deposition on the probe. The sensor can well be used for sensing level of sticky material. control circuit can be integral with sensor probe or it can be mounted remotely if temperature at the product is higher that 100 degree cent. this level switch is suitable for highly dusty environment. It is also simple to install and easy to maintain. when the electronic circuit is integral with probe, control circuit is housed in cast al, ip 65 enclosure fitted on the sensor itself. The control circuit can also be mounted at remote if the process temp is more than 100 degree cent. Control supply can be 230 v ac, 50 hz (standard) .other voltages like 110 v ac, 24 v dc are available on request. the output is in the form of 2 co potential free relay contact. 5 amp resistive at 230v ac. ambient temp can be up to 0 to +60 deg for standard models, special models for fly ash where temp is more are having ptfe and ceramic coating. switch have having facility of built in on and off nuisance delays of 2 to 20 sec. The switch can be programmed at site for top or bottom level monitoring with the help of selector switch. selection of proper level sensor is a critical task wherein experience counts.
