For breaking the front glass a small hammer attached by a chain is to be used and get the keys. For replacing the glass the door is to be opened which is fixed by a small screw. For removing fumes from roof top levels a 90 deg. FRP bend with suitable FRP pipes with flanges are provided. Delivery : Inflatable Silpolin material hoses with velcros for attaching several lengths. Each length is 12' long. The lengths can be attached to each other to make a total length of 120' to 150', these pipes are rolled on a reel and can be taken out immediately. The entire system is powder coated to protect from corrosion, trolley mounted with long handles and can be taken to any place easily. Since we have supplied these systems to RIL, Alkyl Amines are time tested and reliable and dependable. The system is aesthetically designed.

This trolley is designed to carry 2 drums of 125 kg. each. Big anti sparking wheels are provided to carry the drums overa long distance in hazards areas, with less efforts. The heavy drums can be loaded and unloaded easily. The side and top panels are on hinges and handles are provided. This is an outdoor trolley with slanting top and long handle. For easy pushing and manoeuvring easily on rough terrain. In case of fire the foam trolley is to be taken to nearest fire hydrant, open the top, dip the pickup tube SS pipe in the drum and connect the pickup tube to the valve. Due to the crucial time this operation can be performed easily with the help of the trolley. CCycle Mounted Emergency Trolley--The Original design is by IOCL Allahabad Centre. We have modified it to suit the ground requirements. Keeping the major items same we changed the Driving chain for greater strength, to make the cage lighter changed to tubular structure. The cage can be housed all items required in case of emergency. Cabinets like First Aid Box, PPE, BA set, FHB and stretcher etc. The cage with doors open on all the sides for easy access. It has bigger tires, slanting roof and is easy to drive. It is very useful safety equipment for the plants spread over large areas. Many of the IOCL Depots have found it very useful and convenient. It does not require any maintenance and has no moving parts except wheels.   Due to constant innovation & improvisation the sizes may change.
