Adjust the head strip to take firm grip around orbital cavity. Pour ghee from the aperture up to the level of eyelashes. After keeping ghee for adequate time, put the cotton swab through orifice to soak up the ghee. To remove Netra basti, put the thumb under the head strap at the side of head. Slide the thumbs to back of head and lift strap from back to front of head. Post Operation Care Wash gently with Luke warm water. Keep it free from dirt and unctuous substance. Do not rub the inside wall.
