Screw feeder Vertical cyclone Rotary Air Lock Valve ID Fan Initially the biomass fuel is feed to the screw conveyer through the hopper. The screw conveyer carries the dried biomass and discharges it in the Y Shoot which is attached to the discharge point of the Screw conveyer. The Slanting screw conveyer is attached with one more screw conveyer under it. The smaller screw conveyer attached to the below side of the bigger screw conveyer, collects and carries the mud / sand present in the biomass fuel to the discharge point. The mud / sand which is collected through the discharge point of the smaller screw conveyer is ultimately taken away to the dumping point with the help of a trolley. Now the biomass along with the big stones enters in to the Y shoot. The Y shoot is connected to the Vertical cyclone with a connecting pipe. The biomass entering the Y shoot and is sucked in to the vertical cyclone with the help of the ID fan. The process at the point of the Y shoot helps to separate the stones present in the biomass fuel. The stones present in the biomass are collected at the discharge point of the Y shoot. The clean biomass is entered in to the vertical cyclone and is discharged on the belt conveyer through a Rotary Air Lock Valve (RALV). RALV prevents the reverse entry of air in to the vertical cyclone. Ultimately the clean fuel enters the Boiler increasing the capacity and efficiency of the boiler. Vibro-sifter The Vibro-sifter mainly comprises of the following parts: 1.Top cone 2.Bottom cone 3.Sieve Mesh 4.Trolley with Castor wheels The vibratory sieve consists of an assembly mounted on a MS.trolley with castor wheels. The sieve has a vibratory motor and the motor with the sieve is mounted on four coil springs. The sieve is integrated into the product conveying line and is suitable for sieving the product in-line during product conveying. The sieve has mesh screen of desired size encapsulated in lead free silicon gaskets on either side, and an output is given at the periphery. Two sight glasses are provided on the top cone for visual inspection during sieving of the product. For cleaning, the top and bottom cone can be easily dismantled by loosening the wing nuts. The vibrating sieve should be electrically disconnected before cleaning with water solvent etc. While the screen of the sieve is vibrating, the material which is present on the screen gets shuffled and the material smaller than the size of mesh falls into the hopper. Thus, only the material of desired size is discharged into the hopper. If at any time the sieve gets choked, the sieve will not get damaged. To prevent such a situation, a hose has been connected between the top cone and bottom cone against the vacuum.

Cyclone separators separate dust from gas streams using a combination of forces, such as centrifugal, gravitational, and inertial. These forces move the dust to an area where the forces exerted by the gas stream are minimal. The separated dust is moved by gravity into a hopper, where it is temporarily stored. Cyclone separators are use for cyclonic action to separate dust particles from the gas stream. In a typical cyclone, the dust gas stream enters at an angle and is spun rapidly. The centrifugal force created by the circular flow throws the dust particles toward the wall of the cyclone. After striking the wall, these particles fall into a hopper located underneath.
