‘Vipeshak’ roller crusher-cum-stone separator consists of two robust cylindrical rollers, one smooth and the other with helical groove, rotating in opposite directions. They are designed in such a way that stones contained in the incoming wet clay are stripped of clay, separated and eliminated through a chute. Smaller stones and inclusions of lower hardness are pulled through the roller gap along with regular material and crushed.

A disc skimmer is very useful for small tanks with no level variations. Due to robust and simple design it is generally preferred for small individual tanks. This type of skimmer uses disc instead of belt. The skimmer frame structure is mounted on the top of tank coolant collection tank. A stainless steel disc is dipped in coolant surface from top of the tank. The Disc rotates in clockwise direction. Oily scum adheres to the disc surface and wiped and dumped in scum arresting bin. Screw feeder Vertical cyclone Rotary Air Lock Valve ID Fan   Initially the biomass fuel is feed to the screw conveyer through the hopper. The screw conveyer carries the dried biomass and discharges it in the Y Shoot which is attached to the discharge point of the Screw conveyer. The Slanting screw conveyer is attached with one more screw conveyer under it. The smaller screw conveyer attached to the below side of the bigger screw conveyer, collects and carries the mud / sand present in the biomass fuel to the discharge point. The mud / sand which is collected through the discharge point of the smaller screw conveyer is ultimately taken away to the dumping point with the help of a trolley.   Now the biomass along with the big stones enters in to the Y shoot. The Y shoot is connected to the Vertical cyclone with a connecting pipe. The biomass entering the Y shoot and is sucked in to the vertical cyclone with the help of the ID fan. The process at the point of the Y shoot helps to separate the stones present in the biomass fuel.  The stones present in the biomass are collected at the discharge point of the Y shoot.   The clean biomass is entered in to the vertical cyclone and is discharged on the belt conveyer through a Rotary Air Lock Valve (RALV). RALV prevents the reverse entry of air in to the vertical cyclone. Ultimately the clean fuel enters the Boiler increasing the capacity and efficiency of the boiler.   Stone and sand separation system is designed with precise engineering. The steam is used in the process plants at various pressures depending upon the temperature requirements. The condensate from the high pressure steam when comes to low pressure, some part of the condensate get evaporated which is called as flash steam. Recovering the maximum possible flash steam back to the feed water tank reduces the fuel consumption of steam boiler. Flash steam has substantial amount of heat which is ignored & vented to atmosphere in most of the process plants. The percentage of flash steam generated from condensate is lower but the heat content of flash steam is high. A properly designed flash steam separator can separate the maximum flash steam from the high pressure condensate & send it back to the feed water tank where it gets mix with the feed water increasing its temperature.
