The unique spring less construction provides fast opening & closing of valve. The high speed operation of the valves besides saving of compressed air, helps to provide shock air wave for dislodging of dust from the filter bags. High flow, long life and fast diaphragm action produce reliable & economical operation of the pulse valve. Operation maniks pulse valves are operated by integral solenoid pilot operator. When the valve is energized, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphragm is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve, air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the valve. Duty cycle the relative duty time cycle for ac voltage is 20% and for dc 10% . This implies energized time is maximum 15 th of de-energised time for ac and 110 th for dc. Installation mounting in any position will not affect operation of the pulse valve.
