Crank Shaft : Crank Shaft is made of special alloy steel machined to close accuracy and fitted in Bronze bushes for smooth working, longer life and accuracy. Fly wheel : Properly sized flywheel is made of high grade cast iron, for storing and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operations and properly balanced for smooth running. Gears : Gears are of steel cast or fabricated. Gear teeth are generated by precision hobbing machine. Table & Ram : Table and Ram are made of high grade heavy duty cast iron & properly seasoned. They are perfectly aligned, to each other to obtain high accuracy & precision press operation. Lubrication : An efficient short lubrication system has been provided for lubricating the sliding surfaces and moving parts. The lubricant is applied by hand pump.

AXE" Hinged Type Medium Duty Metal Cutting Bandsaw Machines - Manual Metal Cutting Bandsaw Machines (UE Models) : Feeding of the job, clamping-declamping & lifting of the swiveling arm after job cutting is done manually. Swiveling arm works on gravitational force for cutting operation. The controlling of the arm cutting is done with the help of hydraulic jumper & spring. Rotating the knob on hydraulic jumper to get required feed of the arm coming down. Get the required speed of the blade by adjusting v-belt depending upon the material to be cut.

Drive : Power is supplied by a suitable electric motor through Vee-Belts which are full adjustable for tension all drive mechanism being totally enclosed. Speed : The incorporation of two speed driving mechanism allows for the most suitable speed to selected for material being cut. Coolant : The coolant tank is totally enclosed in the machine base & speed pump supplied coolant to the saw blade through a stay put pipe & top.  

Flexible Shaft Grinders are widely used in most of the foundries producing Cast Iron, Steel casting, forging shop, various fabrication shops, rubber retreading for grinding, buffing and boiler tube cleaning etc. These are used for finishing operations to remove unwanted portion of the job produced. It is most convenient method to finish the heavy or lengthen jobs in which case it is not possible to move the job or to handle for grinding.The flexible shaft grinders give freedom to the operator to finish the job without handling it. Workhead:The workhead spindle is made of nickel chrome EN-24 hardened and ground. It runs in gunmental bush bearings. The drive to the workhead spindle which has MT-3, is by a step ‘V’ pulley. The speed obtained through this pulley can be reduced by another bigger size pulley provided in the workhead housing. The workhead is built for grinding operation both with stationary centre and revolving spindle. Oil holes are provided for lubrication.   Wheelhead:The rigid wheelhead spindle is made of nickel chrome steel EN-24 hardened and ground. It runs in white metal adjustable type bush bearings. The drive to the wheelhead is transmitted by two V-belts. Automatic wheelhead traverse in cross direction is on precision hand-scrapped ‘V’ and flat guideways, and is hydro-mechanical type. The spindle is tapered (5o) at the front to receive the wheel flange. Oil holes are provided for lubrication of the bearing surfaces. Rapid approach is available in U-127 series and it is up to 40 mm.   Tailstock: The tailstock travels smoothly all along the length of table right upto the workhead.    Hydraulic/Electrical System: All standard equipments are used in both system.   Swivel Table: Table is arranged to swivel for taper grinding. For fine connections to be applied by the screw adjustment.   Internal Grinding Attachment: The hinged type Internal Grinding Attachment with its independent motor is conveniently located on the wheelhead. It has fast grinding action and it can be quickly swung into a grinding position. The work piece can be externally and internally ground in one setting. Taper hole can be ground by swivelling either workhead or table. There are so many standard and special accessories that can be added to the machine as per requirement.

CIRCULAR SAW MACHINEIt is recommended for Non-Ferrous metals with high speed steel saw blade 125-140 teeth with coolant supply at 1400 RPM.
