A motorized tripper is used along with any other conveyor for distribution of material along a plane of movement. It prevents build-up of materials and helps in maintaining even bunker level. Trippers are designed to be able to make large longitudinal stockpiles forbagasse, coal, raw sugar, or to unload in specific points, as boiler bunkers, silos or chutes. The motorized tripper truck moves along the belt conveyor that holds it by the rails displaced for that matter. Unloading chutes or telescopic chutes can be installed on the tripper; with multiple openings depending on the client´s requirements. A bucket elevator, also called a grain leg, is a mechanism for hauling flowable bulk materials (most often grain or fertilizer) vertically. It consists of: Buckets to carry the material. A belt to attach the buckets and transmit the pull Means to drive the belt Accessories for loading the buckets or picking up the material, for receiving the discharged material, for maintaining the belt tension and for enclosing and protecting the elevator. A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps. A centrifugal discharge elevator may be vertical or inclined. Vertical elevators depend entirely on the action of centrifugal force to get the material into the discharge chute and must be run at speeds relatively high. Inclined elevators with buckets spaced apart or set close together may have the discharge chute set partly under the head pulley. Since they don't depend entirely on the centrifugal force to put the material into the chute, the speed may be relatively lower. Nearly all centrifugal discharge elevators have spaced buckets with rounded bottoms. They pick up their load from a booth, a pit, or a pile of material at the foot pulley. The buckets can be also triangular in cross section and set close to on the belt with little or no clearance between them. This is a continuous bucket elevator. Its main use is to carry difficult materials at slow speed. Teknik has supplied both types of bucket elevators. It has supplying a bucket elevator of more than 100 tons per hour capacity to SRSL (Munoli, Karnataka), SRSL ( Kandla, Gujarat ) and Maihar cement (Madhya Pradesh), etc.

According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can consist of one independent or multiple conveyors. It can be even combined with other transfer equipments. The belt conveyer can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer lines. In addition, they are also extensively used in aggregate making, crushing screening, heavy chemicals and paper mills. Teknik has supplied an Apron Feeder with a capacity of 2000TPH and 20 Meters Length for controlling the feed rate of Iron ore in a ship loading system. Teknik has also supplied Apron Feeder to Star Cement, Meghalaya for 1200 TPH for limestone handling.
