TIELO Universal Tile Adhesive is a single component, cementations polymer based tile adhesive material in powder form composed of cement,selected grades of silica sand and special chemical additive, which only needs on site addition of water to make a mortar which is used for fixing tile over any cementation surface. TIELO Tile Adhesive has good bonding and consistency in different climate, and can be used for adhering different kind of tiles, only requires addition of water.    Properties : TIELO Universal Tile Adhesive provide the following properties. TIELO Tile Adhesive is to be mixed with water in the ratio of 1: 0.2 to 0.25 parts by weight and stir till a smooth paste is obtained. Allow the paste to stand for 4 to 5 minutes and stir again. Spread the paste on the surface to a uniform thickness of 3 to 4 mm. With a notched trowel to remove any trapped air, place the tiles firmly into position by twisting action. Excess adhesive is to be removed by using damp cloth. Powder should be added to water and not vice versa   Coverage : 8-9 Sq. mtr. per 20 Kg Bag for 2mm mortar thickness. Coverage may vary depending on the trowel notch size, type and size of the tile and the nature of the substrate   Mixing : Mix 1 Kg of TIELO Tile Adhesive with water ranging from 200-250 ml to get a trowel able consistency for fixing tiles. Water can be reduced or increased slightly to achieve desired consistency.

It is a 3 component epoxy tile grout consisting hardner, resin and fillor of various type of color. Tielo epoxy grout suitable for all type of ceramic tiles in green buildings. TIELO Block Fix is a ready to use, self curing and non-shrink block fixing compound, blended carefully and formulated to a prefect adhesive, based on Portland cement, graded aggregates and polymers. By addition of water a high strength thixo-tropic mortar is obtained which is used for laying of Fly Ash bricks, Aerated light weight concrete, cement & hollow blocks and Cellular concrete blocks. Plaster to a thickness of 12mm can also be achieved with TIELO Block Fix to cover up the block work surface and it meets all Standards Nationally as well as Internationally. It conforms to ANSI A118.1 & ANSI A118.4 (1999) , EN-1348 & ASTM C 1660-09.   USES : For preparation of a thin bed adhesive for fixing of AAC, ALC and cellular concrete blocks both for interior and exterior use.   ADVANTAGES Easy to use, only water to be added & long working time makes work to be carried at a fast pace and is very economical. No curing is required after block fixing work is done. Possess the unique property of getting self cured. High Strength and perfect adhesion between two blocks. Flexible, shock and impact resistant. Good mechanical strength. (Bond strength, compressive & tensile strength) Thinner joints with high adhesion are achieved contributing to the load bearing capacity of the masonry.   APPLICATION All surfaces should be sound, clean and free from any contamination like grease, oil, loose particles etc. and structurally sound. Uneven and rough surface should be made smooth before to application of TIELO Block Fix. It can be applied on damp surface also. All slabs must be plumb and true and should be within 1/4 inch (6mm) tin 10ft (3mm). If any Expansion joints are observed it should not be covered with the mortar and treatment to be done as per technical specification mentioned in the drawing.   Mixing : Mix 20 Kg of TIELO Block Fix with 5.5- 6.0 Litre of potable water. The water should be taken in a container and TIELO Block Fix to be added to the water slowly and mixed with hand or a slow speed paddle mixer for 3-4 minutes to obtain a lump free smooth thixo-tropic mix of trowel able consistency. Water can be reduced or increased slightly to achieve desired consistency.   Application as a thin bed mortar for laying blocks : The substrate over which the blocks are to be laid should properly cleaned from all loose particles before placing the mortar. The mortar is placed on the block work in thin layers of 2mm – 3mm with a trowel and the next layer of blocks are placed over it. The joints between the blocks are maintained as per the requirements and to be filled with the mortar by using a trowel. Plumbing is done to maintain the verticality of the wall.   Smoothing over the block work : Application of a bonding layer of 1mm -2mm thick of TIELO Block Fix is to be done using a trowel and pressing it downwards before placing the mixed mortar. Finally using TIELO Block Fix Adhesive of 8mm-10mm thickness it is smoothened with a wooden/rubber float or sponge.   Cleaning : Cleaning of all tools used to be washed with clean water before it gets dried

Tile grouts are generally of polymer modified cementitious or epoxy resin based. It should be flexible in nature should accommodate movements and also should not shrink like white cement. It should have a good bond with all types of tiles, thus making joints impermeable to water. In situations where non-toxic, chemical resistant properties for tile joint filler are required especially in food and pharma industry, epoxy resin based is the ideal solution.   Features and benefits : For grout joints between 2 mm to 8 mm. Easy to mix, creamy consistency and high productivity grout. Can be applied on the wall and floor   Instruction for use :  Grouting should not begin until the tilesetting material is properly cured (a minimumof 24 hours). Wipe the tile surface with a damp clothbefore grouting. Using a Float, trowel the mixed grout over thesurface and into the grout joint, careful to assure alljoints are filled fully. Hold the float at a 45O angle to the surface of the tile. As soon as possible, remove excess grout from the tile surface with float held at a 90O angle and moving diagonally across the joints. Strike the joint with the blunt end of a tool-compacting the surface but not digging out the grout. Clean remaining grout from the tile surface as soonas grout firms up enough to be worked without being pulled from the joint by using a Scotch Bright Pad,or a pad of dampened cheese cloth or tile cleaner.Under extreme heat or low humidity conditions, the floor should be covered with brown Kraft paper to retain moisture. Do not use polyethylene as it may resultin uneven drying and discolored joints. The grouted floor must be protected from traffic for 72 hours after installation.
