Stainless Steel Fin Tubes Stainless Steel Low Finned Tubes are available with plain portion at both ends, as per customer specification. Stainless Steel Fin Tubes are available with Intermediate landings (plain portion for baffle sheet support), as per customer requirement.

Integrally Low Finned U-Bend Tubes at the adjoining Bend Portion, Plain (unfinned) Portion to be kept at both ends, etc will be strictly maintained as per customer requirement. Integral Low finned "U" Bend Tubes are available with plain portion at both ends, as per customer requirement.

Integral Medium High Fin Tubes are generally available processed out of 15.88mm OD, upto 31.75mm OD tubes, with a tube thickness of 2.11mm and above. These fin tubes are available in 11 FPI, 16 FPI and 19 FPI. Fin Height will be maintained maximum upto 4mm.Copper Integral Medium High Fin Tubes are available with our without Internal Ribs.

Fin tubes with Internal Ribs Wallthickness of the plain tubes from 0.71mm to 1.62mm Tubes having externally enhanced surface area with Integrally helical ribs on the inner side, improving inside heat transfer co-efficiency. Fin Tubes with Internal Ribs (Turbo Chill Tubes) are available with exact lengths required by customer.

Fin Tube coils are generally processed out of plain Copper Tubes for direct cooling equipments. Fin Tube Coils are available in different forms for direct application in various types of Heat Exchangers viz. Oil Coolers.These Cooling Coils are generally supplied, duly "Stress Relieved".

End Cross Tubes for Vapour Absorber Chillers (VAC). Absorption Chillers are generally used, Steam or hot water to drive the lithium bromide refrigeration cycle but certainly can use some other heat sources as well.

Cupro-Nickel Fin Tubes are processed out of plain Cupro-Nickel Tubes conforming to SB-111 UNS No. 70400, 70600, 71000, 71500 and finning will be carried out as per SB-359.90:10 Cupro-Nickel exhibits excellent resistance to impingement attack. This alloy is suitable for Marine condenser tubes, especially where higher water velocities are encountered.

Corrugated tubes have variety of application such as Absorption type Refrigerator, Turbo Refrigerators and Screen Refrigerators Distillation Facility with multiple effects, for various effluent water, Dye-house effluent, Digestion Sludge, Food, Grain Slurry, Fruit Pulps, etc.

Stainless Steel Fin Tubes are processed out of various Grades of both Seamless and Welded Plain Tubes.Plain Stainless Steel Tubes will be procured from well known Indian plain tube manufacturers, as per material specification and Customer requirement, for processing Fin Tubes.Plain Stainless Steel Tubes will be procured for finning, duly Hydro Tested and Eddy Current Tested as per material specification and code, from plain tube manufacturers only, as per customer requirement,If customer require, we will procure plain Stainless Steel Tubes, duly inspected, approved and released by customer or Third Party Inspection Agency, at plain Tubes manufacturer's end,

We manufacture Integrally Low Finned U-Bend Tubes, as per customer requirement and specification. Dimensions such as Total Straight (Leg) length, Bend Radius for each Radii, additional plain Portion required at the adjoining Bend Portion, Plain (unfinned) Portion to be kept at both ends, etc will be strictly maintained as per customer requirement.We manufacture Integral Low Finned U-Bend Tubes of materials viz. Copper, Admiralty-Brass, Aluminium-Brass, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel, etc., as per customer requirements. Integral Low Finned "U" Bend Tubes are available in Copper, Admiralty Brass, Aluminium Brass, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel material. Integral Low Finned "U" Bends are available with Straight Leg length, as per customer requirement, extended max. upto 9 Mtrs and minimum Radius as 28mm and Max. Radius as 750mm.

Heat Treatment cycle will be finalized as per specification and code, mutually agreed by customer.We shall supply Carbon Steel Fin Tubes, duly inspected and approved by Customer or any Third Party Inspection Agency, as per customer specific requirement, at our end before dispatch.We shall provide MTC alongwith our supply documents.

Aluminium-Brass Fin Tubes are processed out of plain tubes conforming to SB-111 UNS No.C-68700 in Annealed Condition (061). The main characteristic of Aluminium Brass is its high resistance to impingement attack. Tubes of this alloys are recommended for use in Marine and Land Power Stations, in which cooling water velocities are high.

Plain Admiralty-Brass Tubes for processing Fin Tubes will be procured from Indian Plain Tubes manufacturers only, as per the code and specification, Admiralty-Brass Low Fin Tubes are available with exact lengths required by customer.

Admiralty - Brass Finned Tubes are processed out of plain tubes conforming to SB-111 UNS No. C - 44300 in Annealed Condition (061).If customer require, we will procure plain Aluminium Brass Tubes for finning, duly inspected, approved and released by customer or Third Party Inspection Agency
