Test preparation & engine handling has been one of the key factors during engine testing. To utilize the test bed to its optimum capacity it is necessary to prepare the engine for testing outside the test bed & enable quick coupling of the engine to the dynamometer. Triotech have developed tractor transmission test rig for 70 HP capacity. Also designed & manufactured drive line modules required for these test rigs.

End of line roller brake testers have been developed by Triotech Engineering. These equipments are suitable for one axle or two axle configurations & for conventional or ABS brake systems of wide range of vehicles. The brake testers are provided with wired pendant and or remote control to enable testing of multi-axle vehicles. The brake tester is suitable for comprehensive brake diagnostics with high vehicle throughput. The control system meets the requirements for the main inspection, has a PC interface.
