Belt is made of SS304 Steel slats of thickness 1.5 mm and thus it can operate in any type of liquid at any temparature.Belt life is much more than any normal belt due to steel structure with added advantage of maximum oil removal since steel is ideal in oil removal efficiency.

Oil mist filters is drawn in to unit by high speed rotating rotor. Small particles are forced to collide and coalesce due to centrifugal force of rotor resulting in to formation of liquid droplets. Thus formed liquid is drained back to the machine tool with pressurised draining system.

Perforated drum driven by electric motor rotates at high speed which sucks oil mist and dust in to the unit. Mist gets impacted by specially designed vanes of perforated drum at high velocity, small particles are forced to collide & coalesce there by suspended liquid droplets gets separated and thrown against inner surface of outer casing by centrifugal force. Thus separated liquid is recycled through pressurised draning system. The air is than passes through Ionizer where it is subjected to an intense electrostatic field. All the oil mist & Smoke particles receive a strong electrical charge. These charged particle the collector cell having metal plates of opposite electric charge. The grounded plates atttracts & capture the oil mist & smoke particles. An after filter improves air distributions through collections cell and also trops any agglomerated articles that may blow off the cell.
