PRS/Gas Trains Design Features: PRS/Gas trains are consisting of, Ball valves: to isolate the system from main supply or to isolate the either side of PRS. Filtration unit: A filter protects rest of the system from any debris or dust that may carried with gas stream. Debris may for example consist of parts accidently left in the pipe during construction. It could also result from swarf from drilling holes & taps or welding & sand from construction or fine iron oxide dust. Slam shut off Valve: Slam shut off valves is installed after Filter & before pressure regulator. Slam shut off valve close the supply of gas when a downstream pressure exceeds a pre-determined limit. Pressure regulator: Pressure regulator maintain downstream pressure at certain quantity of gas , irrespective of variation in upstream pressure from maximum to minimum limit. Spring loaded or Pilot operated pressure regulators are used. Relief valves: Creep relief Valve: A slight weeping of pressure regulator/ increase in downstream due to rise in downstream surrounding temperature result in increasing the downstream pressure to dangerous level, such creep pressure is blown off through creep relief valve. Safety Relief Valve: The safety relief valve set at higher pressure than slam shut off valve so that the safety relief valve will operate when slam shut off valve fails to operate.

Introduction These regulators are having preset outlet pressure. However the outlet pressure can be slightly adjusted by rotating the spring adjusting screw. These pressure regulators provide sensitive control at low downstream pressure. The diaphragm type construction assures responsive regulation up to inlet pressure of 17 Kg/cm2. The industrial Pressure Regulator R - 4109 is available with 4 types of preset pressures. These are suitable for canteen, restaurants & small industrial furnaces. R - 4110 are a low pressure medium flow pressure regulators, mainly used for industrial furnaces & commercial appliances. R-4202 regulator is mainly suitable for Natural Gas where both side union nut (box nut) with adopters are required.

Forging Department with 150T to 750T presses for forging of copper, copper alloys and aluminum alloys along with trimming presses of various capacities. We also have core forging facilities Post Heat Treatment facilities with electric furnaces are available.

Pressure Die Casting Capacity upto 1.95 Kg. for Zinc alloys upto 1.60 Kg. for Aluminium alloys Die Casting Department with facilities for pressure die casting for Zinc and Aluminium base alloys using cold chamber machines upto 350 T.

High Pressure Gas Cylinder Valves These valves conform to the Indian Standard specification IS:3224 (equivalent to BS:341,part I) for cylinder valves, in every respect. These valves are duly approved by Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur and supplied under BIS Scheme of Certification. The inlet size / stub size of the valves are as per customers requirement in line with the sizes as mentioned in IS:3224. All raw materials are fully tested for their chemical composition before being put to use. Simple construction and interchangeability of components make maintenance and repairs easy and fast. All valve bodies are of forged construction duly Heat treated/ stress relived. The valve bodies have High strength, Superior wear resistance and High impact values. Rigorous Quality checks, Forged valve blanks are tested from every lot for actual physical values before machining. Each valve is tested at its full working pressure before dispatch. All valves are soft to work because of good surface finish.

CNG kit for 3-wheeler   Pollution is the major problem caused by petrol engine vehicle. CNG / LPG is a clean fuel. The use of ecofriendly fuels like CNG / LPG helps to reduce the pollution. Besides the advantage of pollution, the cost of CNG / LPG against petrol is considerably low. Vanaz has developed both CNG and LPG kits indigenously and supplying to major OEMs for last 16 years. Vanaz CNG and LPG kits are suitable for petrol engine as bi-fuel i.e. Petrol & CNG /LPG for 2, 3 & 4 wheelers meeting all statutory requirements.
