Triom 2 Wheeler Lighting business, the lighting system arm of Varroc for the 2 wheeler industry offers a wide range of innovative electronics and lighting solutions for the automotive market in India and Europe. The division is a globally recognised producer of high quality 2 wheeler lighting systems, including full LED headlamps, LED signature lighting for head lamps and tail lamps, as well as LED direction indicators. It has 4 manufacturing plants - 2 in Europe, 1 in Vietnam and 1 in Mexico as well as 1 engineering center in Italy. Triom boasts of an elite customer base, which includes brands like Bombardier, Ducati, EBR, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Piaggio, Peugeot, Yamaha and Bajaj.

Varroc has a globally proven track record in the metallic business with its capabilities in flawless design, development, manufacturing and supply of high performance and cost-effective components using eco-friendly practices. The division is a leading supplier of essential machined forgings and engine valves to leading OEMs in India as well as the global market. The manufacturing capabilities of forging include hot, warm and cold forging, heat treatment, post heat treatment machining and soft machining. The division has a dedicated modern crankshaft facility to cater to the commercial vehicle segment. In addition, a strong program management capability provides developmental support to its key customers. The manufacturing capabilities of crankshaft include forging and testing, and the engineering capabilities include design & drafting, simulation, post processor - tool path and product design. For that of valves, the manufacturing capabilities include heat treatment, pattern hardening, extrusion forging, hommel inspection, induction hardening and ultrasonic inspection. Varroc also operates an international forging plant in Italy that supplies large forgings to Caterpillar in Europe for construction equipment.

Varroc’s Electrical-Electronics division offers complete solutions in electrical-electronics components and assemblies for the two, three, four wheeler, off-road as well as commercial vehicles segments and has developed its proficiency in design, development and manufacture of complex electrical & electronics products for automotive applications. The division currently manufactures technology products that include electronic digital instrument clusters, starter motors, magnetos, CDI, regulator rectifiers, body switches, lever holder assembly, combination switches, catalytic converters and handle bar assemblies. Varroc has heavily invested in state-of-the-art equipment, technologies, manpower and systems to achieve the highest level of quality, competitive cost and timely deliveries. The Electrical-Electronics division caters to all its customers across India from its 5 manufacturing facilities located in the states of Maharashtra and Uttarakhand. All the manufacturing facilities are ably supported by the division’s hi-tech Engineering center located in Pune, which has got the latest design, simulation and analysis tools & capabilities to handle new concept designing and engineering for all its product lines.
