We manufacture vacuum filters which use consumable filter paper for filtration. These vacuum filters can effectively handle viscous fluids up to 40 cst. They require lesser space as dirty fluid tank and filter are together. They can easily be designed to handle much larger flows & dirt quantities. They use pump suction vacuum for filtration in addition to gravity head available. Pressure drop used is about 4 m of fluid column. Hence gathers more dirt layer to perform much better than all types of gravity filters.

We are offering tube type skimmers. we design tube type oil skimmers where the tube floats on the surface of water and is driven in a continuous loop by the skimmer. Oils, fats, and grease cling to the outside surface of the tube and are drawn into the skimmer. The material drawn into the skimmer is scraped off by abrasive resistant and flows into a sludge pan with drain coupling. The clean tube is then driven back to the surface of the water by the skimmer to remove more material.

We manufacture eco type paper band filters that are mounted on rollers for ease of shifting during tank cleaning. They do not have any electrical panel. The dirty filter paper is wound on a mandrel for easy disposal while the dirt collected is stored in a bin. They are suitable for fine coolant filtration for honing, grinding, lapping, gun drilling, etc. For small individual machines. Working fluid with dirt is exposed to finned magnetic separator first. After magnetic separation the fluid drops in paper band filter trough. A float-actuated clutch derives motion from a common drive & indexes dirty filter paper.

We manufacture drum type magnetic separators which has a magnetic drum with close dense magnetic field which is assembled on non-magnetic SS shaft. Magnetic pole shoes are projected out to form “fins”, for better magnetic field alignment around the drum. The drum is rotated very slowly by a geared motor drive. A non-magnetic SS trough holds the dirty fluid close to drum. Magnetic dirt is picked-up by magnetic field & is attached to the finned drum. Slow rotary motion dumps the dirt collected on closely contoured scrapers. Extended scraper dumps the dirt collected to a bin. Size & number of fins is selected depending on the flow of fluid, viscosity of fluid & quantum of dirt to be handled. Positive rake scraper is selected for volatile fluid like water based emulsion while negative rake scraping is selected for oils. Negative rake scraper keeps the fluid away from bin.

W are offering industrial scraper conveyors. We design scraping conveyor which can handle course dirt in bulk. They can be designed in several forms: inserted in a machine tunnel or placed at the bottom of dirty fluid holding tank. They can be used in combination with a variety of filtration / separation devices. Several wipers are attached to a moving chain placed in trough (tank) holding dirty cutting fluid and the sedimented course dirt is moved along with the wipers in a bin placed at one end of trough.

We are offering Industrial Drum Filters, We design drum filters in which the seals do not get damaged by chips. Their seal is lesser in diameter then conventional filter drum. The seal is flushed with clean liquid which makes it more reliable to arrest fine particles. These filters can be used on an individual machine or as a centralized plant. Working Fluid with chips drops in cavity outside a mesh drum. It moves in the drum trough fine mesh, by gravity, leaving the chips on the mesh. A scraper conveyor, wrapping the mesh drum & scraping the outside cavity, carries the chips to a bin. On the way the fluid drips back to the tank. The conveyor movement also rotates the mesh drum. Clean fluid inside the drum is siphoned out to a clean fluid tank. From this it is pumped to the machine. Part of the pressurized fluid from pump is used to backwash the mesh drum.

We manufacture floating suction skimmers which are designed for each specific tank. They are maintenance free and can be fitted on tanks with minimum modifications. They can be fitted in conventional fixed roof storage tanks, external floating roof tanks and internal floating roof tanks. They are durable as well as robust in design and also cost effective.

We manufacture drum type skimmers that are motor driven (by air or hydraulics) and turn slowly attracting the oil to its surface and rotating around to the wiper blade which scrapes the floating oil off and it runs into the sump area, where it is picked up by pump suction and transferred to storage. These drum skimmers are the most efficient and the most selective floating skimmers available anywhere, due to the large surface area that is exposed to the floating oil. They are easy to install and operate.

The industrial drum filters manufactured by us has a seal away from sedimented chips. The seals in these filters do not easily get damaged. The seal is of lesser diameter than conventional filter drum. These filters are available for chip handling, washing fluid filtration, etc. They can easily be used as an individual machine or as a centralized plant.

We are offering compact band filters. suitable for fine filtration of coolants used in grinding, honing, gun drilling & component washing applications these compact band filters forms deeper trough compared to a paper band filter. Working in this filter the filter paper is held between a pair of sealing discs & a permeable support belt. Dirty fluid is dropped in the trough formed with filter paper at the bottom. The fluid passes through the filter paper leaving the dirt on it. The layer of dirt gathered on the filter paper achieves finer filtration. The filter is mounted directly on top of the tank, letting clean fluid in the tank. As the filter paper chokes, the fluid level above the filter paper rises. This activates a level switch, starting a drive coupled to the rollers, supporting the permeable support belt. This ejects part of the dirty filter paper & dirt to bin, pulling in clean filter paper from the roll.
