We are the manufacture of Whole Wheat Flour (Whole Wheat Chakki Fresh Atta) with a capacity of 100 MT / day in Pune. The highlights of this plant are : 1. Separator and a Destoner are used to effectively remove the stones and other impurities. 2. High power Air Aspiration Centralized System keeps the floor dust free to ensure better hygienic conditions. 3. A Magnetic Drum Separator removes the ferrous impurities from the wheat. 4. A Scourer reduces the microbial content of the wheat. 5. An additional Dehuller imported from Italy. Best grade of wheat is sourced from within India to manufacture the Atta. The wheat is fed into Traditional Chakkis where it is ground into fine flour. The Multidec Sifters sieve the flour to give a uniform granule size. The final packing is done on packaging machinery imported from Germany. Our Whole Wheat Chakki Fresh Atta is thus:  Hygienically Processed and untouched by hand.  Finely ground to give you rotis that stay soft overtime.  The nutrients are retained to ensure FULL VALUE in the chapatti.  Rotis, once rolled will stay extended.  Retains the natural flavor, taste aroma of the wheat.  Available in 1kg, 2kg, 5kg and 10 kg packaging or in any packing as desired by you. We recommend this Whole Wheat Chakki Fresh Atta because it is rich in protein and fibre with the presence of bran. There is NO MAIDA MIXED. This Atta is good for making CHAPATIS, ROTIS, PARATHAS, PURIS etc.
