Water Level Controller is a state of the art instrument to control water pumps. It controls your pump as per levels in the overhead and underground water tanks and also guards your pump against power fluctuations(Over and Under Current)(for 3 Phase Pumps). It is a novel solution, ideal for all your water problems. Pump is Switched On when overhead tank is empty. It is Switched Off when either overhead tank is full or underground tank is empty. Water level controller cum indicator saves water and protects motor and reduces electricity bill. Our Automatic water level controller cum indicator serves 24 hours water supply without letting the overhead tank to become dry.

The product can substitute the parts in automatic water pump with complex structure controlled by traditional machinery switch (Such as pressure gauge, pressure switch, T - valve, check valve and pressure tank). It is featured with steady performance, low maintenance cost, long service life and convenient installation. When the green “Power on” power supply indicator light flashes, it means the power supply is connected. When the yellow “Pump on” light flashes, it means the water pump has been started. When the water pump continuously runs, the pressure in pipeline system will rise and when the required pressure of the equipment is reached for several seconds, the water pump stops working. In case this process can not make the pressure in pipeline reach the required pressure of the equipment, the red light “Failure” will flash. Under this situation, press “Restart” button and keep it, and wait for the pressure in pipeline reaching the required pressure of the equipment, then the red light will be off. Release the button and close the water tap. The product stays in normal standby state and keeps the pipeline system in water supply state with a constant pressure.
