The winding machines are available in 5 ton and 10 ton capacity and are available without winding mandrels. Constant tension system which prevents release of coil during a stop in the winding process.Automatic operation for tensioner unit by means of lead screw.Brake ON OFF by Foot pedal switch.

The CO2 welding wire is available on a spool of almost 300 kg. The wire is wound on smaller spools with accurate length measurement & weight measurement. The winding is done in layer form. The bigger spool is driven by servo drive & motor. The wire is let off by the big spool & is pulled by a servomotor on smaller spool. The wire length is measured by encoder on a measuring wheel. The operator enters wire diameter, the density of material & the required weight of smaller spools. The weight measurement is done indirectly by measuring length. The wire is guided by a linear axis so as to form a uniform layer with an angle entered by operator.
