The Sirohi Goat is a medium sized variety of goats that is native to the Sirohi district of Rajasthan. Their coat is mainly brown with occasional dark or light patches while some are completely white. This variety of goat is mainly raised for its milk and meat. The milk that the Sirohi variety produces is relatively low. On an average, the Sirohi goat yields about 0.5 to 0.6 kg of milk per day.
