During the year 2002-2003 company has decided to establish 100 TPD Sponge Iron Plant which become operational in Dec. 2003. In the year 2005 the company again established 100 TPD Sponge Iron Kiln which become operational in the June 2005. Again in the year 2006, company established 100 TPD Kiln which become operational in Aug. 2006 the total investment in three  Kilns was 27.36 Crore the same has been financed through Term Loan of Punjab National Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC 3rd Kiln Only) amounting to Rs. 16.00 Crore the balance amount was invested by promoters of the company as their promoter contribution by way share capital. All the Plant & Machinery and the equipments were purchased from reputed and Indian supplier like TATA Iron & Steel Company Limited and Simplex Engineering Foundry Works Limited. During the year 31.03.2013 the division has achieved the turnover of 113.50 Crore. All the term liability of the bank has been paid off and account is running satisfactory with the bankers. The company is also enjoying facilities of Rs. 41.75 Crore as on 31.03.2013 from Punjab National Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce and account is running satisfactory.
