The Process is Follows below: · The fruits are initially washed in the washer and then inspected on the Inspection conveyor. The washed fruit are then elevated for further pulp / juice extraction. · Fruits are fed to the pulper / finisher for extraction of juice. Fruits juice is then taken for preparation of puree in Vacuum Pan. · The plant includes vacuum pan, which is used for manufacturing of puree. The advantage of this equipment is that the boiling point is very low thus increasing the product quality. · Pulp / juice is extracted in the Pulper / Finisher which is collected in the bottom rectangular collection tank. · Pulp is pasteurized in the corrugated tube and tube pasteurizer. The system is complete automatic in which after the required set temperature is achieved the product is transferred in the filling line for filling into cans. · Fruits Juice Preparation will take place from the concentration or pulp.
