The Process is Follows below: ·         The fruits are initially washed in the washer and then inspected on the Inspection conveyor. The washed fruit are then elevated for further pulp / juice extraction. ·         Tomatoes are fed to the Hot break system. After heating the crush is pumped to the pulper / finisher for extraction of juice. Tomato juice is then taken for preparation of puree in Vacuum Pan. ·         The plant includes vacuum pan, which is used for manufacturing of puree. The advantage of this equipment is that the boiling point is very low thus increasing the product quality. ·         Pulp / juice is extracted in the Pulper / Finisher which is collected in the bottom rectangular collection tank. ·         Pulp is pasteurized in the corrugated tube and tube pasteurizer.
