In 1984 few bearing expertises with experience since 1969, joined together and established a company in Rajkot called amb Engineering Company and started manufacturing Rolling Bearings under “amb” brand. After 8 years with amb Engineering Company, in 1992, these bearing expertises started a new partnership company as arb Engineering Company in Rajkot and started manufacturing all types of bearing under “asb” Reg. trade mark. Our bearing expertises were the first Engineers for Developing Double Raw Spherical Roller Bearing in 1984 in India and started manufacturing first time in small scale industries unit. (S.S.I.) From April 2004, arb Engineering Company merged with asb Bearings Private Limited.
