Unscrambler transfer bottles directly from Loading Hopper to infeed conveyor of any machine in vertical position. Machine is mainly suitable to connect with Bottle Air Jet cleaning machine shown in the layout for used in Bottle packing line. Machine can be used for feeding of Plastic or PET Bottles, Jars etc. Machine suitable for use on products like Dry Syrups, and Bulk Packing of Tables and Capsules. Machine in Stainless Steel Finish with all contact parts in SS316 and Nylon Materials. Machine also having overload clutch system to prevent jamming during the operation. We offer automatic liquid filling machine. This automatic system comprises of a 3 stages indexing mechanism to perform a sequence of operations for filling, inner plugging and screw capping. The unit is fabricated on rigid ms structure and cladded with ss sheet to meet gmp requirements. All three operational stations are housed in a common acrylic cabinet to provide safe working zone. The unit is made compact & versatile with three operational stations of filling, inner plugging and screw capping on a common center star wheel adjoined with infeed & out feed s.s. Slat conveyor. Filling station consists of two reciprocating nozzles for filling, supported by peristaltic pump assisted dosing. Inner plugging station consists of vibratory inner plug feeding device and pneumatic plug pressing unit along with pneumatic cap placement mechanism. Screw cap sealing station consists of vibratory screw cap feeding device along with and cap screwing unit with rotary heads. Main drive, conveyor drive, servo capping drive & servo filling is synchronized plc.

Machine is designed to fill various types of liquid in various types of containers. Machine works on volumetric principle. Adjusting the displacement of piston can set a fill volume. Machine has conveyor and container indexing mechanism synchronized with filling operations. It is available in 2/4/6/8 heads model for different output. Machine is supplied with stand-alone control panel. All liquid contact parts are in 55316. SALIENT FEATURES Robust design. All liquid contact parts are in S.S.316 and non contact parts are in S.S. 304. Auto synchronization of main & conveyor motor with VFD. Pre-set settings available.
