Magnetic Pulley is an ideal replacement for the drive pulley at the end of conveyor belts. Our Magnetic Pulley is made to match the exact requirements of the clients. Functioning The magnetic head roller extracts iron particles from material and carries them to the underside of the belt for collection. The permanent magnets have powerful and An-Isotropic Hard Ferrite Magnets, high-intensity Nd - Feb Rare Earth Magnets. It operates without external power supplies. The magnet system is available for use with low levels of iron contamination and for thick material with larger iron particles. When the belt leaves the Magnetic Pulley, the magnetism dissipates and the unwanted contamination falls into a separate container.

Designed and Manufactured as per IS 3832. Load Chain Wheels are of S.G. Iron Malleable casting with accurate chain sprockets for smooth running and mounted on two nos. ball bearing. Steel forged hooks are confirming to IS 8610 and fitted in upper arm. Bottom block made out of heavy duty S.G. iron malleable casting. Gears are made from alloy steel material, precise machined, gear hobbed & case hardened – duly annealed. Hand Chain Wheel is manufactured from graded casting as per IS-210. Load Chain is of grade 80 confirming IS 6216 alloy steel material uniformly electrically welded from alloy steel duly heat treated for ductility, toughness & wear resistance and accurately calibrated for smooth running in wheels. Screw and Friction type positively self actuating load pressure brake ensures safety at all positions.

The magnetic head pulley replaces the drive pulley at the end of conveyor belts. In view of the wide variety of conveyor belt types, the magnetic pulley are supplied made to measure and ready for installation. As the figure clearly show, the magnetic head roller extracts the iron particles from the material flow and carries them to the underside of the belt where they are removed and collected. The version with permanent magnets are fitted with powerful and an-isotropic hard ferrite magnets high intensity nd - feb rare earth magnets and operate without the need for power supplies. The magnet system is available in two types: with longitudinal polar field distribution for use with low levels of iron contamination and thin material layers, and with lateral polar field distribution for greater material thickness and larger iron particles. Finally as the belt leaves the magnetic pulley, the magnetism dissipates and the unwanted contamination falls from under the belt into a separate receptacle.
